The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), is the foundation of military law in San Andreas. The UCMJ applies to all members of the Uniformed services of San Andreas.
SECTION 1 - OFFENCES

MUTINY

A member who takes part in a mutiny commits an offence

ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE (AWOL)

A member who is absent without leave commits an offence

Members who commit the following are subject to this charge

Absence for extended periods of time without notification

No communication of absence through Chain of Command

No effort shown to attend, or make contact

ASSAULT

A member commits an offence if

The member continuously and intentionally, or recklessly strikes or uses an application of force to an unwilling victim without lawful excuse or consent

INSUBORDINATION

A member commits an offence if

The member uses language that is threatening, insubordinate or insulting about or towards a superior officer

DISOBEYING OF A LAWFUL COMMAND

A member commits an offence if

The member disobeys a lawful command given by a superior officer

The member disobeys the Unit Standing Orders

UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

A member commits an offence if

The member discloses information without authority and is likely to be prejudicial to the security of the unit

PREJUDICIAL CONDUCT

The member commits an act that is likely to prejudice the discipline of, or bring discredit upon the unit

COMMANDING/ORDERING OF A SERVICE OFFENCE

A member who commands or orders a person to commit a service offence commits an offence
